Announcement: DSP Wage Increase!
As you know, in Residential Supports we are striving to make incremental wage and benefits changes in accordance with recent legislation passed in Indiana.  To achieve a sustainable balance that honors our existing workforce (YOU)  and encourages recruitment efforts (YOUR FRIENDS)  – our hope is to assure all of our clients have a chance to live their BEST LIFE possible.  While we started with wage increases in April, and then gave “thank you” bonuses in May, your senior leaders have been hard at work measuring, slicing and dicing all the data responsibly, with an eye on the next step.
As a result, we are happy to announce that all residential support staff will be getting another pay increase effective immediately (starting for hours worked 08/01/21.)  The minimum starting DSP wage at Insights will be $13.50/hour, the +$2 weekend shift difference will remain in place for now, and anyone in residential supports already making above $13.50 will also get another pay increase!

COVID Vaccine Appreciation

Getting vaccinated is one of the greatest things we can do to keep our workforce and our clients safe from Coronavirus. Additionally, it's a step closer to finding some semblance of normalcy again!

Any Employee who gets fully vaccinated and submits proper documentation will have a one-time $100 added to their paycheck as a Thank You for taking the time to protect our consumers and workforce. All you have to do is fill out the Vaccine Bonus Form and upload a photo of your VACCINATION CARD or a screen shot of your email from the State Department of Health certifying that you have received all required doses of the vaccine!
